On completion of each sale the Sale Operator sends us all the information you supplied them at the time of purchase. We automatically arrange delivery from that information. Delivery Times are noted in Sale Terms.
Deliveries are made by Australia Post, should no one be at the delivery address to accept the item a card will be left in your mail box. The package will then be taken to the nearest Post Office, from where you can collect the item.
If we have been supplied with your email address, by the Sale Site, you will be sent a notification automatically notifying you of the despatch of your goods and an “EParcel” tracking Number.
However should your delivery address change from the one given at the time of your purchase we request that you go to the following Link to advise the amendment required.
PLEASE NOTE – Delivery Details cannot be changed once the goods have been despatched from our warehouse. Should items be returned to us, as a result of incorrect or insufficient address details, and you require the items to be redelivered a charge of $25.00 will be required prior to reshipment.
